Talent -Operations Management Recruiter (Contract to Hire)

• Independently manage end to end interview coordination, CRM activities and contractor logistics which includes contractor On-boardings, extensions and separations
• Coordinate several areas of the recruiting process, including scheduling phone interviews, skype interviews
• Partner closely with recruiters, business and the vendors to move candidates through the interview process
• Effectively communicate with the vendors, candidates and internal team members while maintaining confidentiality
• Establish strong working relationships with various stakeholders hiring managers, recruiter, vendor, candidates, SPS etc.
• Execute scheduling requests accurately within SLAs

• Maintain service delivery standards necessary for smooth running of the business.
• Managing requisitions of onboarding, separations and extensions for contractors through timely updates in the internals system like SAP, Ariba and other internal databases
• Raise purchase orders and adhere to compliance.

Talent - HR Operations

Partner closely with the recruiters and coordinators to understand the upcoming volumes for both campus and experienced hires to build strategies/timelines for smooth and effective onboarding.
• Coordinate with all the other team members internally and with other groups within ELE to drive for quality and SLAs on all deliverables.
• Partner closely with different groups within CTS and all other US teams (Acquisition, Delivery, Operations, L&D, Payroll, Technology, and external vendors) to resolve any potential candidate preonboarding and postonboarding queries/issues.
• Manage the transfer process for both India and the United States.
• Ensure that every candidate has the Deloitte candidate experience and continuously thrives to enhance it.
• Collaborate with the US team to understand talent priorities and help in prioritization and implementation of projects.
• Implement and enforce high standards for quality deliverables.
• Manage different processes like Onboarding, W2D (Welcome to Deloitte), Transfer, and Exits for both India and the United States.
• Assist with internal quality assurance/compliance reviews
