General Requirements:
• 4-10 years of experience with good spoken and written communication skills
• Good overall knowledge on MS SQL database, Adept with modern source control and deployment mechanisms.
• Experience working on-site with a banking client would be an added advantage
• The developer concerned would work on Credit and Savings space in BFSI domain. The Developer is expected to engage with the business Analysts, understand requirements, Liaise with Architects and Develop as per the set design standards.
• The developer may need engage across other teams/setup meetings independently in pursuit to solve problems.
• The person must be an extrovert and should be able to contribute enthusiastically during Stand-ups/Meetings
Technical Requirements:
• Minimum of 4-10 years of relational database (MS SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) and data architecture experience
• Experience in migrating on premise database to cloud infrastructures on AWS for small, medium scale and enterprise level applications
• Experience in Amazon EMR, Spark Scala etc.
• Experience coding in higher level programming language desirable: Python
• Minimum of 5 years of database management and software development and coding experience
• Proficient in database architecture, data warehousing, data modeling and data mining
• Able to construct and maintain large scale database architectures with experience improving data reliability and quality
• Experience in Pipeline Migration, Data validation
• Experience in Dashboard, analytics and reporting etc. will be an added advantage
• Creative and innovative approach to problem solving and passion for continuous improvement
• Comfortable working in cross functional and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in financial services and an understanding of the related regulatory requirements is a plus but not required
