Accountability :

Product UI designers are responsible for everything to do with the look and feel of the Client dashboard. They work closely with product designers to add visual touch to every feature.

Major Deliverables: (Actions leading to accountability and additional aspects)

1. Shape the user experience of wireframes by adding or enhancing visual elements considering the principals of aesthetic design.

2. Focus on the aesthetics of a product and its related materials by strategically implementing iconography, typography, space, layouts, colour, Illustrations, and in dashboard training gifs/ videos.

3. Maintain a design style guide and ensure every feature shipping out into production is compliant with it.

4. Work closely with senior product designer to create micro interactions.

5. Work closely with frontend engineers to provide design deliverables such as icons, fonts or any other styling element.

6. Work closely with product marketing team on the feature announcement plans, come up with the creative and get them implemented.

Key Skills required:

- Strong knowledge of visual design principals

- Proficiency with illustrations and icon design

- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe creative suite, Sketch, Invision and principal

- Ability to multitask and coordinate between teams

- Strong work ethic and personal accountability

- Strong attention to detail

- Strong time management

- Good interpersonal skills

- knowledge in the industrys latest visual design trends and technologies.

- Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus

- A person should have a tech background. If he/she has further masters in design from a premium school, that will be great. But mandate will be tech education as it will help the person understand CleverTap product code

- Years of experience, not imp. Someone jr with required education base and worked as Product years will be fine

- Should have worked in B2B space; necessarily not in SaaS only, but B2B space

- Should have good communication skills. Should be able to put across his /her points to teams and interact efficiently with folks across geographies.
