Job Description:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in SQL & ETL development, preferably for large, complex data sets
- Experience with MS BI Stack, SSAS, SSIS, SSRS, development required
- Solid experience in analyzing query performance issues and modifying data structures or application code to remedy performance problems
- Experience with Kimball Dimensional Modeling, Bus Matrix and DW Lifecycle
- Extensive experience with data warehouse technologies and implementations such as ETL processes, dimensional modeling, and reporting tools
- Review ETL programs for compliance with best practices, standards, enterprise architecture and documentation requirements, ETL process, programs and scripts
- Evaluate existing subject areas stored in the data warehouse and determines where data should be stored
- May assist in one or more components of the overall architecture of the data warehouse system
- Create SSIS ETL solutions with Microsoft SQL Server environment
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support of assigned ETL applications
- Highly skilled in SQL development and capable of writing complex and efficient query and stored procedures. Experience in SQL Server 2012 Enterprise Edition preferred
- Advanced knowledge of integration technologies, such as Web Services and messaging systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
