Summary of Role:

This person able to execute Renewal Opportunities for stakeholders, compiles data, formulates necessary reports, coordinates work processes and performs other established operational and logistical procedures aligned to business processes activities.

Responsibilities:

Use Install Base Tools like excel, tableau, SFDC, SAP BOBJ, Oracle, SQL, etc.

Use Case Management/Collaboration Tools like SFDC, MS Teams Knowledge Management tools like Solutions, Confluence, etc Understand the business/process & execute requests as per SLA standards Communicates any insights or act as an advisor on challenging situations Work in a team set up, Collaborate with teams both internally & externally.

Set up meetings as & when needed to drive meaningful conversations Able to perform logic analysis with any data issues & able to communicate them to stakeholders Share inputs to help defining process, policy, system, people related decisions

Qualifications:

Experience with technology, enterprise software, services, or SaaS business ideal model Excellent analytical and modeling skills with the ability to create business insights from data bases such as excel, tableau, SFDC, SAP BOBJ, SQL, etc.

Strong communication skills including articulate written and verbal communication Proven experience building and improving operations and processes Self-starter, accountable and strong attention to detail Highly organized and comfortable with multi-tasking Collaborative with the ability to influence without authority and to work well across various BUs and functional areas within Vmware Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Visio Candidate should be proficient in at least 2 of the following technologies, Microsoft SQL, SAP Business Objects (BOBJ), Tableau or Reports for SFDC Strong Renewals and/or operations background
