Tool kits are Eclipse and WebSphere. Full stack- front and back end. Responsiblefor the analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation for anemployee and contractor portal with over 5000 users. Portal is Java-based withan Oracle database and has several critical data feeds to other systems.Interacts with the product owner and user-group managers to gain anunderstanding of the business environment and technical context.  Setsdirection and collaborates with scrum team members co-located in the UnitedStates and internationally. 

•            TheDeveloper is responsible for the analysis, design, construction, testing, andimplementation of business and technical information technology solutionsthrough application of appropriate software development life cycle methodology.

•            Thescope for Developer (Core) is systems based on core technologies, while thescope for Developer (COTS) pertains to custom off the shelf systems. Constructs,tests, and implements portions of business and technical information technologysolutions through application of appropriate software development life cyclemethodology. Participates in standard business and technical informationtechnology solution implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and conversions.

•            Usesappropriate tools to analyze, identify, and resolve business and/or technicalproblems.

•            Appliesspecialized knowledge in a single discipline such as assembly/integration, cross-disciplinefunctions, knowledge engineering, industry expertise, or legacy evolution.

•            Interactswith the customer to gain an understanding of the business environment andtechnical context. -Validates scope, plans, and deliverables for assignedprojects.

•            Leadsthe design, development, implementation, and support of information technologysolutions encompassing multiple specializations, platforms, and technologies.-Defines project scope, plans, and deliverables, including proposed implementationdates.

•            Researches,analyzes, recommends, and implements new technologies, standard processes, tools, and techniques.
