Proven business and operational experience with the ability to understand end to end linkages to customer and shareholder
Experience working with Voice service based solutions (IVR, Natural Speech, or similar) a plus but not required
An Entrepreneurial spirit who is a highly organized self started working independently while driving results through effective project management discipline
Ability to leverage Product Owner experience to shape thinking and direction
