Roles and Responsibilities

As a RecOps Analyst, you will support our recruitment operations team by providing our leaders with a combination of data and analysis that provides real-time information to help them hire faster. You explore every aspect of the business and convert data into actionable insights, so our leaders can take better recruitment decisions more quickly.

Your key responsibilities include:

Recruitment Dashboard & Reporting

• Requisition Report/Ageing
• Recruitment Metrics reporting
• Ongoing analytical SWOT for Recruitment as well as Business
• Vendor Performance reporting
• Analyzing data trends to identify areas for improvement

Designing and improving Performance Matrix

• Designing Performance Scorecard for Recruitment team in consultation with SVP-TM & Recruitment Head.
• Taking inputs time to time from Recruitment team as well as other stakeholders on scorecard
• Creating Vendor Performance scorecard basis inputs from Recruitment Team

Desired Candidate Profile

• Min 3 years of experience in HR Analytics/Business Analytics.
• Knowledge of HR data, reporting, and analytics systems
• Experience working in Power BI Advanced statistical, Excel and Power BI
• Team player with ability to collaboratively work with wide range of people at different levels
