- Critical thinker. Looks for opportunities for improving the service.
- Good communication skills. Onshore, offshore and client coordination.

Nice to have - Exposure on performance tuning.

- Design and implement ETL jobs and frameworks.
- Skilled in Normalization and Data Modelling.
