High quality design, development, and delivery of iOS apps based on requirements
Guide the team to define, design, and develop new app features
Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines
Understanding of UI design and a user-oriented focus
Design, develop, and deliver integrations with Salesforce using SOQL, Salesforce Mobile SDK API’s, APNS integration, etc.
Leverage iOS/3rd party Library integrations
Experience with building/deploying IOS App updates using automated tools
Experience with troubleshooting/remediating IOS App Issues
Identify and Implement Mobile Code/Design Improvement
Monitor the performance, quality, and responsiveness of apps
Suggest improvement for the current processes
Knowledge of performance limits and characteristics
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required
A focused degree in Computer Science, IT or Business-related field is preferred
Minimum 5 years software development related work experience required
Minimum 3 years Swift iOS development and UIKit experience required
Minimum 2 years Salesforce Mobile SDK experience required
Experience unit testing iOS app development
Experience with source control management systems is required
Experience with mobile CI/CD using an automation system, for example Jenkins, is preferred
Experience with Salesforce development is required
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, Scrum and JIRA preferred
Experience with SAFe Agile framework preferred
Strong business acumen and technical skills
Strong organizational and communication skills required
Results oriented, problem solving/resolution skills required
Must be able to proactively sense and respond to problems and opportunities
Collaboration and Teaming - Ability to work in a matrix reporting structure and to be part of a project team required
Ability to interact with senior levels of management and exercise independent judgment with regard to business decisions require
