Required Technical skills: AWS, Node JS, Java (Java MVC Framework, Java Spring), Microsoft IIS and Oracle & PL-SQL (Procedures, Triggers, Functions & SQL Queries procedures and views)
· Provides highly complex functional support for applications, prioritizes issues and distributes ticket to the appropriate team for resolution.
· Isolates highly difficult or significantly ambiguous issues by reproducing the incident, identifying invalid data within the database, and/or tracing transactions through infrastructure to identify failure point.
· Creates DB scripts to correct invalid data within the database.
· Creates and updates Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
· Presents, Communicates, and articulates technically complex information to stakeholders.
· Lead global technical teams with both direct and 3rd party reporting lines.
· Establish and maintain strong partnership with business owners/product owners. Lead customer interactions and related communications. Must be able to communicate and lead effectively via telephone/remote and in person.
· Work with Business Owners/Product Owners and system leads (including 3rd parties) to logically design and negotiate solutions and participate in the long-term planning for products.
· Ensures commitments are met while providing high quality and cost-effective systems that meet customer’s expectations.
· Full stack development including system analysis, test driven application development, test automation, code review and application maintenance support.
· Proven ability to design, optimize and integrate business processes across disparate systems and mobile technologies
· Adheres to SOLID and Clean Architecture principles
· Demonstrated deployments of enterprise or consumer-facing software systems using industry standard solutions
· Hands on development experience and full understanding of app development pipeline and process including development of applications that interface with backend technologies.
· Provide oversight, leadership and mentoring for team members while leveraging mandated corporate policies and standards. Teams inclusive of: Developers, Testers, Business Analysts, and UX teams
· Excellent analysis skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies
· Ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies
· Experience with Enterprise solutions development, Enterprise level application integration, Test Automation & Scripting. Troubleshoot debug, and fix issues in production and non-production environments
· Scrum/Agile development Methodologies
· Preparing technical solution and architecture documents, artifacts, work products and presentations for the customer
· Experience in developing reusable artifacts/frameworks, re-usable assets, industry solutions, reference architecture, design, development, and QA best practice
· Understanding various non-functional aspects in mobile application design and provide a solution to optimize performance, scalability etc.
· Take ownership of the solution from end to end, and be responsible for translating functional requirements into a mobile solution
· Ideal candidate will have business domain knowledge and experience with: Fleet Management & Asset Management.
· Ideal candidate will have experience with integrating apps with third party cloud-based PaaS and SaaS third party solutions and/or AWS Cloud services.
