Looking for a highly motivated, hands-on Senior Database/Data Warehouse Data Analytics developer.
5+ Years of strong DWH design, design and development experience.
Experience with Reporting/BI Tools (preferably BO), Data Analytics.
Strong Data Modeling skills - Enterprise Data Model (OLTP) and Dimensional modelling. Well versed with principles, techniques and best practices of data modelling.
Strong Skills in MPP Database (preferably Teradata) including database design, performance tuning, writing complex DB programs etc.
Demonstrate proficient skills in analysis and resolution of application performance problems.
Very strong SQL skills in at least one DB technology i.e. Teradata or any other database like Oracle, UDB. Teradata skills are preferred
Full understanding of the processes of data quality, data cleansing and data transformation and data modeling
Ability to understand and analyze the data to find patterns and valuable Business Insights
Ability to write complicated yet efficient SQL queries and stored procedures
Experience with Hadoop Ecosystem is a plus.
