•           8+ years of technical delivery experience with a demonstrated track record of growing responsibility

•           Experience in Kafka is a MUST

•           Experience in AWS is a MUST, need not be an expert

•           Full Stack Architect with experience integrating and building end to end quality products, enabling business capability and business objectives through technology

•           Must have hands-on experience working on Apache Kafka/Confluent platform including Kafka Connect, Schema Registry, Kafka Streams.

•           Must have hands-on experience using various Kafka source and sink connectors such as MQ Connector, JDBC Connector, File Stream Connector, JMS Connector.

•           Must have strong expertise in JAVA/J2EE services using Spring Boot, Spring CLI, Maven, web-services, REST APIs, Microservices, multi-threading, Concurrency and parallel processing.

•           Experience with Git and Bitbucket

•           Ensure detailed designs align with solution architecture

•           Act as a focal point for any changes to approved designs (solution or component level)

•           Ensure non-functional (solution) requirements are considered (e.g. monitoring, scalability, availability, etc.)

•           Demonstrated experience creating modern, event-based server-side or backend application architectures (Spring Framework, Apache Hadoop)

•           Expertise in service technologies (microservices, domain-driven design, Spring Boot, REST.

•           Good interpersonal, verbal, written, communication, and problem-solving skills

•           Results-driven, self-motivated, experience working individually as well as a member of a team
