We have immediate open position for Assistant - Project Management / Sales and Marketing.
Areas of Responsibility:
1. Marketing Assistant:
Customer License management Manage the tool for Software provisioning including customer access, license key tracking and automation of software provisioning data analysis.
Customer Communication Communicate with Customer account teams to provide customization offers, support in contract preparation, Communication with regional Contacts and Inbox management.
Software Revenue Reporting Generate Software revenue report with regional split and track critical items, align software revenue booking with Finance and Implement software market model alignment across regions.
Marketing team support Maintain software roadmaps, create presentations for new products, update of IFX Website for SPE and support process improvement projects (OITC, Toolbox, MyICP migration etc.) NDA management Handing of partner and customer NDAs, Contracts, MoUs
2. Sub PJM : Project Management
Project Planning and Tracking Plan and Track project schedule using Project Schedule Plan in Ms Project, Track Resource and Cost metrics through KLUSA, track Quality metrics using JIRA reports and inputs from Quality team. (Collation of estimations, creation of MPP, Weekly status update, Projects Goals and KPI tracker update etc. ).
Technical Documentation Ensure all documents are updated and checked in to GIT repository. ( Meeting minutes, release plans, risk register etc.) Release Managment Provide required support to PJM during releases. (Ensuring OPLs closed, MPP tasks completion is 100%) Audits and Assesments Provide required support to PJM during Audits and Assessments (ensuring data integrity) Risk Management Provide required support to PJM to track and manage Project risks. (adding corresponding work packages in MPP and tracking) Action Item tracking Tracking of Project action items to closure.

Experience: • 5-6 years ,
Salary: 13 to 17 LPA Fixed,
Job Type: Contract job ( Randstad payroll initially its 1 contract and it will be extendable contract up 5 years),
