Overall 10-12 years of experience

Experience architecting, implementing, and administrating enterprise IT-GIS solutions/systems that leverage the ArcGIS enterprise platform (desktop, server, and online)

Hands-on experience with Esri software including ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Online, Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Runtime, and their associated APIs or interfaces, FME.

Knowledge of ArcFM Viewer/Designer tools (Desktop/Server)

Knowledge of ArcGIS GeoEvent Server

Experience in platform architecture, solution design, project envisioning, planning, developing, deployment, security, identity management frameworks, cloud, and scalability, GIS Integration with Maximo, CYME gateway

Experience with Oracle; Microsoft SQL, PL/SQL; and/or other RDBMS and Windows, Linux, and/or other server environments

Programming and scripting experience with Python, JavaScript, and/or HTML5 (modern web frameworks)

Knowledge of geospatial and mapping concepts such as spatial analysis, map projections, etc.

Troubleshoot GIS software, custom application, and other system components

Professional excellence in technical consulting, solution design, project envisioning, planning, developing, and deployment

Strong, persuasive communication and presentation skills

Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas--both verbally and in written form--whether to customers, executives, or other technical or non-technical peers
