- Experience in Integrating, designing, and developing custom solutions within Websphere Commerce
- Hands-on experience with utilizing various sub systems of Websphere Commerce Server (Catalog, Order, Price, Promotions...)
- Experience in working on different Business models of commerce (B2B, B2C, Extended sites)
- Strong Java J2EE experience
- Strong knowledge of the SDLC
- Build tools for automated testing and deployment of applications
- Develop and share best practices on installing, configuring, and maintaining software applications
- Support UAT, QA and performance tests to meet functional and non-functional requirements
Mentor and train junior resources in WCS solution development
