Lead the Order Fulfillment workstream portion of the SAP implementation.
Speak to why an SAP standard would be helpful in the environment.
Work closely with internal and external business users to understand requests or issues raised or, to categorize, prioritize and triage issues/requests and to provide resolutions and support as needed.
Communicate fixes and workarounds to business users while closely working with the development team to fix application issues.
Report on root cause of issues, document processes and standard operating procedures.
Work closely with the colleagues in Technology and Content Management teams to understand business user pain points and clearly articulate them into requirements and user stories.
Understand the existing capabilities within content workflows to ensure the business is taking full advantage of what has been implemented and integrated.
Writing user acceptance test cases and acting as an expert tester and reference for business testers during user acceptance procedures for newly developed capabilities and features.
Working with colleagues in Quality Assurance to triage user acceptance feedback, and working with the business to characterise and prioritize improvements raised through this process
