Develops and maintains automated, zero-downtime deployment capability in an always-on SaaS environment and implements repeatable and maintainable process/procedures
Develops and maintains monitoring solutions to aid in the rapid notification and resolution of incidents
Drives improvement within and across teams
BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
6+ years' experience as an Operations/ Customer support roles
4+ years engineering transactional NoSQL (Cassandra) databases in a SaaS Environment
