• Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the Service-now platform.
• Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with service portal within ServiceNow
• Extensive working experience with integrating ServiceNow Cloud Platform other Cloud Applications and external and internal systems.

• Design, Development and Implementation of ServiceNow customization including, but not limited to: core setup, workflow administration, reporting, data imports, custom scripting, and third party software integrations.
• Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, SL, SAML/SSO and other such technologies.
• Good Understanding of relational databases.
• Establishes and improves design and development standards and processes.
• Nice to have ServiceNow Application Developer Certification.
