5-10 years of experience in Siebel enterprise version 8+, Open UI preferred
• Siebel enterprise implementation, configuration, customization, and upgrade utilizing Siebel development tools and framework including EAI, scripting, workflow, integration objects, data model extension, java integration, document generator, task UI
• Database operations using SQL.
• Siebel application and server operation and troubleshooting.
• Siebel integration with third party applications including SAP, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and web application using web services.
• Deep understanding of all stages of software development life cycle (functional architecture, software development, testing, maintenance, and support).
• Experience in providing On-call support at any time.
• Experience with MS Dynamics, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud a plus
• Energy and utility industry background a plus
