They really want to hear about customer engagement examples in response to all questions - this is critical - the response have to be clear
- Example: What experience do you have with solution adoption? - Sample Answer: When I was with company XYZ, I prepared training materials, set up training meetings and trained about 25 people. I followed up with individuals and found that some where not following what had been covered. If I had several people with the same challenge, I may have set up a small group follow up training or 1x1s. It really depended on the business
