• 8-10 years of experience with PHP development

• 6-8 years of experience with WordPress custom theme andplugin development

• At least 2 years of experience writing custom Gutenbergblock code

• Understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5,CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery

• Strong HTML5/CSS3 and building mobile first responsivewebsites

• Experience building user interfaces for websites and webapplications

• Experience setting up and maintaining multisiteimplementations of WordPress

• Experience developing for Drupal is a plus

• Experience implementing ecommerce (e.g., Woocommerce,Stripe) solutions

• Understanding and/or implementation of supplementalcaching, such as MemCache or REDIS

• Understanding, Development, and Customization of WPPlugins

• Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats(JSON, XML)

• Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug andChrome Inspector

• Familiarity with the SDLC Process, development tools(JIRA, Bitbucket) and working in an agile development environment

• Provide technical excellence while adhering to Agilesoftware engineering practices

• Have first-hand understanding of Agile developmentmethodologies

• Demonstrated aptitude for analytics
