The Department of Agriculture is in the process of building a Web application for theFood Safety Department. The first phase of this project has been planned for a minimum of 6- 9 months with subsequent phases extending that timeline to a possibility of up to 24 months. (No guarantee on time of service, but we wanted to give you an idea of how big the project is).  We are looking for a total of 2 Programmer 4 positions. The start time for each will be staggered depending on the amount of work required as we work through phase 1 of the project. The application will be tied to a Microsoft SQL database data repository utilizing local database replication over remote connections.  The local database will reside on laptops used by inspection staff in the field.
