• 5 years of experience in Business Process Analysis
• 3 years of experience with Robotic Process Automation or Process Redesign or Optimization
• 1-3 years consulting experience
• Hands-on experience working with UiPath Process Mining and Task Mining
• 90% remote with possible travel (approximately 10%)
• Process Mining Certifications would be helpful
• Knowledge transfer will also be key
• Training experience is not required, but certainly a plus
• Expertise in to interpret the data from Process Mining / Task Mining
• Experienced with Microsoft Applications (Office, Visio, Projects)
• Experience with Agile Methodologies
• Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory
• Recognizes/encourages collaborative behavior and participates in collaborative activities
• Adapts to new environments and changing requirements
• Ability to work in the US without visa sponsorship
