• 5+ years as Lead Business Analyst with SQL experience, MS Access and Finance domain.   
• At least 4 years of experience in Business Analysis Skills – Requirement’s analysis, Elicitation, Agile Methodologies and creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design / Detailing of Processes
• At least 4 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process.
• Experience in coaching organizations on the principles of Agile and to improve collaboration and self-organization.
• Experience with user story writing, burndown techniques, and retrospective facilitation.
• Integrates Agile and Lean principles into team practices.
