Business Analyst-Data Analyst

5+ years of proven experience as Business Analyst in an Data & BI analytics projects
High proficiency with SQL language is mandatory
Proven analytical abilities, reverse engineering stored procs and reports
Strong exposure in performing GAP analysis, data mapping , attribute definition and rationalization
Ability to elicitate business requirements, define and document requirements, manage scope and prioritization
Experience in one or more BI reporting tools is preferred
Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Strong knowledge of the banking/Lease domain is preferred
Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications,
Knowledge in understanding data models and data integrations is preferred
Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management
Proven development of innovative and impactful systems solutions
Highly proficient technical writing capabilities
