Have hands on experience in Performance Bottleneck Analysis Infrastructure Application and System level

 Solid experience in providing Performance Tuning Recommendations

Experience in creating performance test strategy design planning work load modelling and elicitation of non functional requirements for testing

Hand on experience in at least one of the Load testing tools Load Runner Primary Jmeter

 Hands on experience in profiling and performance monitoring

Hands on experience in using analytic tools like Omniture google analytics and monitoring tools like Dynatrace Appdynamic Tivoli Si tescope etc

Hands on experience in at least one Object Oriented Programming Language Java C etc would be an added benefit
