DevOps engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience in implementing DevOPS pipeline and automation for AWS or Azure -- including open-source technology, software development, system engineering, scripting languages, and multiple cloud provider environments.
Strong knowledge on setting CI & CD pipelines leveraging Devops toolchain.
Setup, plan and maintain cloud infrastructure
Good Knowledge on setting up DevOps using AWS and/or Azure services – EC2, ELB, AWS SQL, etc
Knowledge on logical data modeling using modeling tools like ERStudio & VS Arch Tools.
Good Knowledge on design and development of app. databases using relational DB (ORACLE and/or SQL Server) and knowledge on profiling SQL queries using SQL plans, Stats Profile.
Good exposure on data integration and workflow using ETL tools/stacks.
Good exposure to OLAP databases, extraction, Optimization techniques and Reporting
Good Knowledge on building Data / ETL pipelines with different sources like batch, streaming, structured & unstructured
Knowledge of creating provisioning templates like infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform or cloud formation
Good Knowledge on Artifact versioning tools like Nexus and JFrog
Good knowledge on Build Tools like - Buildtools, Mavin, Gradle Nuget, MsBuild
Knowledge in Linux administration skills (Ubuntu) and Windows
Experience working in agile/scrum teams.
Good knowledge on ETL Jobs deployment automation experience
Good understanding of Git and have been using a Git workflow
Exposure on following DevOps tools: OpenShift / ICP / Kubernetes, Docker & container.
Experience with Ansible or other configuration management systems (Chef/Puppet) is an advantage.
Experience in configuring AWS and/or Azure Networks, Monitoring Resources with Log Analytics, Compute administration, Implement and Manage Storage and protecting Identities.
Experience in troubleshooting problems and working with a team to resolve issues.
