Overall program leadership for complex multi-country program involving S/4 HANA Solution - Experience in SAP Data Management using Tools like Backoffice Associates Advance Data Migration Tools - End-to-end SAP project experience - Leads and manages all aspects of requirement analysis, system requirements developments - Oversee and approve the system design specifications and for the software specifications - Drive the strategic architecture design decisions for the business requirements of the various functional components of the solution - Conduct workshops on organization management - Build staffing plans and timelines to deliver the proposed solution - Communicate the benefits of the proposed solution and the justification of the overall effort involved in both written and verbal form - Demonstrate high level of communications skills, both written and verbal Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each) - Passion for driving business performance through SAP solutions - Strong ability to interact with the business on their key success drivers, performance metrics and differentiating capabilities and how SAP Hana can help - Proven capability to building relationships with CXO/Director/VP level client contacts Strong ability to lead brainstorming sessions, including process reengineering, design thinking and cost-benefit analysis - 3+ Year�s Experience working and managing large, complex SAP programs is a must - 4+ Years as SAP Project Manager - Experience in handling S4 HANA Implementation projects (Must) Degree: Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
