·         Detailed knowledge of Basis activities including installation, monitoring, transport management, backup exp is required

·         SAP Basis consultant need to be proficient in SAP Basis and all SAP systems. They will head use of Basis and subsequent upgrades and technical support, so leadership and communication, analytical skills and are a must

·         Technical support and leadership on SAP Basis systems including establishing standards and requirements, evaluating and directing enhancements, and implementing solutions for performance monitoring, system configuration, design and implementation

·         Candidates should have worked on multiple SAP OSDB platforms and have prior system administration exposure as well

·         Should have good knowledge on S/4 HANA Conversion, HANA DB Migration using DMO

·         Should have strong experience on SAP system upgrade.

·         Good knowledge on Charm configuration, Support, Technical monitoring setup/configuration

·         SAP Netweaver system administration, SAP change and release management

·         Installation of new SAP systems, including high-availability setup

·         Upgrading and patching of SAP Systems

·         Performance tuning

·         Troubleshooting, incident and problem resolution; participating in 24x7 guard duty; accomplish tasks related to “Incidents”, “Service Requests”, and “Problems”

·         Test hardware and software and document results; work out instructions and guidelines for solutions and settings; responsible for analysis, design, and documentation of new solutions/concept

·         Evaluate impact of and responsibility for implementation of changes to larger systems

·         Participate in projects often as a technical coordinator

·         Support planning and coordination of project tasks, execute project tasks, and complete managing responsibility for smaller projects within the team

·         More than 10+ yrs. of related experience in Basis

 10 & above Years’ Experience required

 At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems or closely related field is required
