  1. JMETER (5 yrs min)
  2. API performance testing experience 
  3. Java background
  4. Batch and Database testing experience
  5. Azure Cloud basics
  6. AppDynamics experience
  7. Ability to understand the overall migration strategy, application & infra design to arrive at the test scenarios and ensure coverage
  8. Good understanding of QA deliverables, stage gates in Agile delivery
  9. Good understanding of application & integration layers, basic PL/SQL skills
  10. Hands-on experience with Performance, Usability & Security testing phases and ability to drive team to meet the coverage
  11. Ability to develop test cases with minimal support from SMEs/Development team
  12. Strong communication, defect management skills
  13. Good understanding of Test management tools like JIRA
  14. Good understanding of Azure platform
  15. Loadrunner or any other PT tool
  16. Retail domain experience
  17. Legacy application test experience
  18. Performance tuning experience 
  19. Application monitoring experience
  20. Shell scripting knowledge 
  21. Good Communication skills
  22. Provide technical guidance and directions to Onsite & Offshore teams as required
  23. Highlight risks with mitigation plans, Report progress as required
