Participate in collaborative brainstorming sessions with customer and users
· Participate in all stages of the product design and development lifecycle, including research, conception, definition, prototyping, UI design, and testing
· Develop wireframes, storyboards and user flows to effectively communicate UI design and application flow
· Create strong visuals to help create narrative of how business process would work in the application
· Design web layouts adhering to corporate standards
· Help create products that provide meaningful and relevant experiences to users while working closely with customer and development team
· Define and apply user-interface styles, patterns and standards and ensure compliance to client’s design standards
· Explore multiple design options to arrive at a simple but robust solution that accounts for complex requirements
· Translate abstract concepts into simple and elegant user interfaces
· Guide and support Front-End developers
· 10+ years of IT experience with emphasis on UI/UX design, web design, or a related field.
