Migrate data and process artifacts during upgrade of BPM systems.
Provide direction for UI Path RPA implementations and their integration with IBM BPM if required
Build interactive Dashboards and reports using OLAP and or Tableau or similar tools.
Plan and execute performance test of BPM system, and identify and resolve bottlenecks in line with customer’s expectation and timelines.
Assess, analyze, and provide level of effort estimates for change requests.
Participate in Solution design, develop PoC and presentations for IT Technical team.
Perform IT incident response, triage and root-cause analysis, while participating in an on-call support, as needed, during off-hours.
Ensure proper software program level agile implementation methodology is established and best practices of BPM/RPA Center of Excellence (CoE) are followed.
Work with software project’s Scrum Master in software development lifecycle to prepare the inventory of sprints from JIRA.
Serving as the technical liaison for the group. Be a single point of contact for all software systems technical queries and issues internally as well as with business users.
Lead user acceptance of software solutions developed by teams and roll out of software solutions in production.
Mentor junior team members.
At least 8+ years of experience in IT Technology.
At least 4+ years of experience in IBM BPM and IBM Webpshere application server programming, with good understanding of BPM architectural principles, models, patterns, and perspective in order to develop solutions independently.
UI Path or similar RPA experience is a plus
Demonstrable experience in Designing Data architecture for process applications with complex business data. Hands-On Data structure and SQL experience is required.
Experience in the areas of process discovery and optimization, service design and integration, solution architecture that is focused on BPM and SOA.
Knowledge on best practices, strategies in BPM/RPA implementation of large enterprise application preferably in financial domain.
Exposure in developing solution in distributed cluster environment to work with Java technologies such as Ajax, Spring and Hibernate.
Experience in modeling process with IBM BPM, IIB Advance integration for connectivity with methods using API, REST services, SOAP requests with WSDLs.
Strong working experience in SQL Server or Oracle.
Experience integrating OpenEdge and any BRMS toolis desirable.
Familiarity to WEB 2.0, AJAX, Angular, Javascript libraries.
Demonstrate advanced understanding of the project methodology (various industry standard methodologies such as: SDLC, Agile, SCRUM).
Must possess excellent interpersonal communications, good client interaction, presentation, and technical leadership skills.
Experience to lead 8-10-member development team and mentoring junior members.
Ability to work in a team environment and client interfacing skills.
Experience in working in a Global delivery environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
At least 8 years of experience with Information Technology.
Candidates should have 4+ years of experience in IBM BPM.
