As Senior Software Engineer - Bigdata, the candidate would be responsible for building cutting edge Ascend Data Ingestion Studio, Ascend Data Quality Studio to do Peta byte scale data ingestion , data validation, data encryption and data analytics in Ascend Data Lake.
- 5+ years of experience in Data structure, Algorithm and Object-Oriented Design and expertise in Java/Scala/Python all or any two
- 3+ years of distributed systems design and architecture in any Cloud environment ( AWS preferred)
- 3+ years of experience Big Data Echosystem – Spark, Hadoop, Airflow, Presto/Athena, AWS Services ( S3, EMR, RDS, Lambda etc)
- 3+ years of experience in SQL and ETL with Big Data
- Experience in building Streaming and Data Discovery Platform with Kafka , Elastic Search/Solr, Neo4j/Apache Atlas etc
- Great Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Experiences in Microservices application development
- Exposure to ML/AI
