Provide support to the ASR Functional lead in strategizing, planning, prioritizing and executing functional track deliverables, such as: identifying requirement gaps, design reviews, QA test script reviews, defect management, detailed sprint testing reviews, and participating in UAT.
Provide support and consultation to Product Owners (POs) and work with development team to ensure gaps are closed where story definition and acceptance criteria is not well defined nor ready for build. Track requests for new stories if needed, i.e. new requirements, requirements have changed.
Provide consultation and support to the development team on system design/build. Help validate that design and build meets business requirements. Identify gaps and ensure proper tracking and management in JIRA.
Provide consultation and support to POs on story grooming, sprints goals, and trade-offs.
Lead conversations with business partners to gather and document requirements and translate business requirements to functional specifications.
Work with other business analysts across various workstreams including integration, infrastructure, and data mapping/migration teams to close gaps and identify impacts across project areas.
Prepare and coordinate sprint/release and User Acceptance Testing. Prepare test materials like data sheets. Ensure environment readiness. Data mine/ensure test data availability. Coordinate test/re-test activities. Ensure test cases are created against correct test plan and cycle in JIRA and linked to the related stories.
Manage testing defects. Provide initial prioritization of defects to inform POs for backlog refinement/story grooming.
Provide oversight of/provide input to review Quality Assurance (QA) test cases, scripts for accuracy and relevancy. Provide feedback for updates to ensure proper QA testing is conducted.
Support end user training and help review/prepare training materials.
Support project cut-over and go-live activities.
Support Data Extract, Mapping, Migration, and Reconciliation activities which will include reviewing and approving Technical Design Documents. Ensure QA and UAT test scripts provide end to end testing scenarios that includes migrated data and reconciliations of the migrated data.
Candidate must have a minimum of six (6) years of experience working as a software/technology business analyst or product management related role on more than one (1) system implementation or enhancement project. The experience should be within the last eight (8) years.
Candidate must have a minimum of four (4) years of experience working with Salesforce application.
Candidate must have experience on projects using SDLC, Agile, Waterfall and other similar software development processes.
Must have experience with soliciting and documenting business requirements or user stories, writing functional requirements or specs, and business processes.
Must have experience with leading UAT/user testing, including the planning and facilitation of UAT and creating test data and materials.
