Primary Technology and Domain requirements:
10+ years’ experience in analysing and defining access controls in banking and financial services domain covering the following areas:
- Legal Entity and User entitlements (including Roles Based Access controls)
- Aligning Functional and Data Entitlements across multiple sub-domains and/or systems
- Strong understanding of web or mobile digital authentication, online security, cyber or fraud solutions for core banking and payments
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand the current system access rights and identify gaps for improvement opportunities.
- Provide guidance on the testing strategy including detailed test scenarios to ensure all full coverage of the corresponding requirements.
- Experience in Payments technology and/or Operations/Business - ideally both.
- Extensive experience as a senior/lead IT Business Analyst at a major financial services company
- Proven track record of managing stakeholder needs for large strategic/company-wide projects
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving skills coupled with the ability to translate business requirements into application and operational requirements.
- Strong skills working with MS Office, Databases (SQL & NoSQL), JIRA, Confluence, BluePrint and similar requirements gathering and project tracking tools.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies relating to cloud engineering, APIs and exposure to concepts such as Blockchain, Data Science, AI/ML
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Secondary Technology and Domain requirements:
- User Interface design
- Knowledge of Development Lifecycles and Agile approach to project implementation and software used to support same: JIRA, BluePrint, Confluence
- Hands on experience with manual or automated testing environments.
- Payment tracking mechanisms such as GPI
