Client is looking for a highly energetic and collaborative Technical Process Expert with experience working on complex project(s) spanning across multiple technologies . The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Transportation Management Systems (mandatory). The resource should be able to work on a multi-vendor environment managing customers and teams across multiple geos and should be able to perform a hybrid role of a business analyst and management of business users .
Job Description:
- Guides the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers
- Develop relationships with both business and technical stakeholders
- Ensure stakeholder goals are clearly defined and communicated
- Assists with coordinating internal and external communications, improving transparency, and radiating information
- Power BI Administration is a plus
- Self-motivated, demonstrate a constant commitment to excellence and have experience in the design, development, and testing of Power BI Reports
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Removes impediments or guides the team to remove impediments
- Facilitate getting work done without coercion or assigning or dictating tasks and responsibilities
- Work with the team to analyze, design, develop, deploy, and support Power BI reporting to meet business and technical requirements
- Knowledge of Power BI Administration and Gateway management is a plus
- Knowledge of databases, JIRA is a plus
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Technical skills must have database experience in SQL
- Experience with Agile development practices and Scrum methodology
- Good oral and written communication skills
