1. End-to-end oversight and delivery of Information Technology software development projects across global sub business units, using Agile framework principles. This position is expected to successfully oversee completion of multiple enterprise level projects within a program, in cadence with successive Sprint releases, that result in meeting or exceeding Enterprise Network Product and Services’ revenue targets.

2. In addition, the candidate must be able to navigate imperfect delivery situations and drive collaborative solutions towards completion objectives.

3. Business Stakeholder management experience is crucial in teaming to align expectations with Agile delivery.

4. The candidate needs to possess seasoned presentation authoring experience, predominantly intended for executive /senior executive consumption with cross team collaboration, data analysis and status gathering. Support leadership team in administrative analysis around organizational KPIs, budget utilization, capacity planning etc.

5. Create prototypes and wireframes to get business acceptance of ideas.

6. Working with minimal supervision. Directly liaising with business partners and other cross functional teams to drive projects.

7. Provide expertise in architecture & design, systems integration, and end to end designs for critical Verizon’s Enterprise systems.

8. Collaborate efficiently with various cross-functional teams like IT teams Dev/Test/DB/CM), product owners, project managers, sales users, order managers, production support teams, etc.

9. Successfully lead and manage completion of multiple enterprise level projects in an Agile framework software development environment.

10. Predominantly serve as liaison between IT development teams and business stakeholders.

11. Help drive onshore and offshore software development end to end.

MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):

* 5+ years of business analyst Experience with the ability to run multiple projects at the same time.

* At least 2+ Years of Object-Oriented Programming experience.

* Strong SQL skills. Experienced in working with relational databases like Oracle. At least 3+ years.

* Experienced working in Agile SDLC and familiar with using JIRA, Clarity and One Confluence for project management.

* Strong business communication skills, both written and verbal, targeting audiences at many levels in the organization, especially senior executives
