10-12+ years of overall IT experience, relevant 3+ years of IT PM experience.
Experience in managing projects with technologies like SQL, Tableau, Open source software like Angular/React JS for visualization etc.
Experience in handling complete SDLC with waterfall, agile/scrum mode of execution
Working experience with onsite-offshore teams with overlapping / flexible timing
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good executive presentation skills
Responsibilities
Manage data & visualization projects. Transform large ambiguous business requirements into manageable specifications, define milestones and success criteria, and deliver them in a successful and timely manner.
BA – perform BA role by conducting requirement meetings/workshops with business customers and create BRD
Conduct Briefing & de-briefing sessions with development teams on BRD & clarify
Exercise sound technical judgment in working with cross functional teams. Anticipate bottlenecks, escalate effectively, make trade-offs and balance business needs versus technical constraints.
Drive projects through our Data & visualization (reporting, dashboarding) development life cycle. Own the responsibility of working with teams to obtain all required control/compliance approvals.
Drive the project team agile process. Run sprint planning and standups.
Understand and drive data & visualization technologies and their applications.
Promptly communicate schedules, priorities, and status to all stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment.
Liaison with other cross functional teams, support teams like software/hardware infrastructure etc. for project success
