We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to createamazing experiences. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean andartful design, possess superior skills and be able to translate high-levelrequirements into artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, andfunctional user interfaces.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product management and engineering todefine and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visualsand experience  Execute all visual design stages from concept to finalhand-off to engineering  Conceptualize original ideas that bringsimplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks  Createstoryboards, design systems, and communicate interaction and design ideas Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers andexecutive level stakeholders  Establish and promote design guidelines,best practices and standards

Requirements

Proven UX and UI experience

Excellent presentation skills and communication abilitiesat all levels of both internal and client organizations; engaging presentationstyle  Knowledge of design for mobile devices in all formats.

The ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, andmulti-task  Knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of HTML, CSS,and Javascript.

Communicate and collaborate well with software architectsand developers.

Executing interaction design and visual design as a partof a multi-disciplinary team  Researching emerging interaction design andtechnology trends  Ability to present your designs and sell your solutionsto various stakeholders.

Ability to solve problems creatively andeffectively  Up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, andtechnologies  Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
