This resource will be responsible for working with the business team to clearly document the user stories, acceptance criteria, and other details for on-going enhancements to our CoreDx SalesForce system.

In parallel, we look at this resource to also identify areas for process improvements either by enhancements to the SalesForce system, or implementation of Automations to improve the usability of the system and overall customer satisfaction.

The resource should be confident in their ability to work with the business, manage conflicts, detailed orientated when documenting the user stories, and able to move and pivot in an Agile environment.  Experience with SalesForce would be expected and automation preferred.
