Day to day will manage scope, risk and deadlines on a large project with a matrixed team. They must have ability to multi-task and manage complex projects and teams. They will also be responsible for the release management. Understanding of ticket systems and comfortable creating tickets. Does require some off hours work - they are very flexible with hours though and typically any off hours support is done by 8/9 pm (not overnight ). Will also require some weekend work. The biggest challenge to this role is coordinating across multiple groups with different priorities and getting resources aligned in a shared services model. Fast paced environment. Will be a minimum of 6 months but likely 1-2 years. Also need experience with Project planning/time slotting from this role.
