JOB DESCRIPTION
The Technology Project Manager is accountable for the successful delivery of project scope to market. This role must be able to deliver using ""standard"" waterfall and / or agile delivery methods. For assigned projects the PM needs to adhere to and deliver the agreed scope to the aligned budget and timeline. The manager will work closely with the Portfolio lead, Program Manager, Business Stakeholders, Client and delivery teams.

PM Technical skills – Azure Functions, Microservices, .Net, Angular, DevOps Infra and CI/CD, Azure Terraforms
Strong experience in leading project with 9+ years of experience This manager role is responsible to lead and manage the successful delivery of project scope on time, on budget, and within scope in accordance with business priorities. Throughout the project lifecycle, the manager provides clear status and manages risk mitigation.

Essential Functions:
o Create, Update, and Manage SmartSheet Project Plans for each of the releases.
o Create MS Visio diagrams of processes
o Review and Manage Azure Product Backlog Tickets, ensuring all tickets have been entered, information is correct, the status/owner are correct, and the ticket is not blocked.
o Work with the analyst to proactively identify and remove roadblocks in application updates and issues identified during testing.
o Work with project team to finalize release requirements and lead a call with technology to review the business requirements. Provide technical inputs from a technology perspective
o Schedule reoccurring meetings for testing, launch preparation, and launch nights.
o Assist the analyst(s) with 2 nightly every 4 – 8 weeks, as production verification will be needed once the products/offers are live.
• Work closely with the Pillar portfolio leads to align to project scope or product vision and roadmap.
• Plan, prioritize and manage project scope, resources and budget
• Work closely with internal and external customers and stakeholders, including any third parties to gather business requirements and define software functionality, throughout the release lifecycle, from inception to general release to ongoing support. May also work with internal and/or external
• Planview (Project Management Tool experience)
• Exceptional problem solving capabilities with development teams and vendor partners to deliver project objectives
• Facilitate all operational checkpoint activities throughout the lifecycle of projects. Assess and resolve all high priority project risks as they are encountered. Ensure all projects adhere to project methodology compliance and SDLC standards set by the company

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree Required in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or other technical discipline or equivalent experience
• PMI certification or equivalent preferred
• Proficient with the Project and Portfolio Management Tools (Visio, MS Project, Clarity, etc.)
• Restaurant domain knowledge
• Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions in the moment
• Comfort with ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability"
