- Responsible for the facilitation of requirements gathering business workshops
- Lead the analysis, design and documentation of system requirements
- Work directly with Business and Product SMEs to analyze business problems, propose & support in implementation of solutions
- Be a liaison between Product, Dev, and QA teams
- Provide support for Test plan & test cases development, review and UAT
- Perform in-depth data, rules & system analysis
