“Overall
- Must have BA skills – at least 4-6 years practical experience working as a BA, and hence understanding of BA practices and tools
- Should be able to work directly with customers within the Hosting organisation, independently
- Must have some infrastructure domain experience : meaning familiarity working as a BA, with requirements and analysis around infrastructure technologies
- Examples of infrastructure technologies includes compute, cloud, database, web, storage, infrastructure management tools, monitoring tools etc.

The two requirements (high level)
- Process Analysis – working with stakeholders across hosting to identify and document our processes, look for regional inconsistency and inefficiency, and generate requirements and recommendations to adjust these process to make them more globalised and efficient.
- Data Driven Analysis – working with stakeholders for specific data driven optimisation use cases, drive out and validate use case problem statements, build requirements for data analytics needed to identify optimisation opportunities, then build requirements to deliver against these opportunities (e.g. data analytics may identify an automation opportunity for which we would need to build requirements)”
