Responsibilities
• Responsible for all aspects of IT project / program management for assigned application initiatives: scope, schedule, budget, resource, risks, issue, change and communications management
• Manages large complex multi-faceted / interrelated projects that span across multiple competencies or department boundaries
• Provides leadership and drives execution of monthly and quarterly release plans
• Communicates and works with stakeholders to meet their needs and address the issues as they occur
• Drives and creates the development and execution of project plans to meet program/release goals & objectives
• Facilitates large cross-functional dependency planning and priority alignment workshops
• Provide Agile coach leadership, training and manage community of practice for programs executing in Agile methodology
• Aligns and tracks overall program cost to portfolio
• Abides by Zebra’s project management methodologies and assist in keeping the methodologies current
• Ensures program resources are properly identified and their roles and responsibilities are clearly defined
• Identifies program risks and implements a risk management plan
• Assists in major business process project tracking, recommendations for process improvements and use of best practices to accelerate adoption and implementation
• Uses Agile Development methods, including Velocity and Burn-down analysis to determine high-likelihood program durations, and analyzes metrics to ensure actions and decisions are data driven.
• Demonstrates advanced knowledge of Agile, Scaled Agile and Kanban techniques and approaches. Viewed as the Agile champion and expert within the PMO team. Experienced and effective in the role of RTE, Scrum Master or process leader in all stages of development from concept development, requirements gathering, initial planning, managing iterations and progress tracking/reporting, test and productization. Uses experience and knowledge to identify, recommend and implement process improvements
• Creates and maintains dashboards to track program performance
• Develops exhaustive risk management plans. Keeps team and senior leadership updated on program status and risk factors
• Very limited supervision by management is expected in this position.

Qualifications / Skills
• BS in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in leading IT Supply Chain, ERP, Post Sales/Services Application implementation / transformational programs
• Strong functional and technical knowledge / understanding of Application development process
• Extensive experience and good understanding of IT program management principles, techniques and release management processes
• Proven ability to collaborate and lead global large cross-functional business and IT teams for requirements, design, development, testing and deployment
• Excellent leadership, facilitation, and communication skills
• Strong experience or expertise in SDLC, Agile, Scrum, SAFe or Scaled Agile and waterfall methodologies along with DevOps, CMMI, and ITIL practices.
• Strong customer relationship, influencing, facilitation, and collaboration skills
• Demonstrates knowledge and use of PMI PMBOK language and concepts.
• Advanced skills in PC based documentation tools including, MS Office, Projects and sharepoint
• Highly experience in effectively managing projects/ programs in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment
• Ability to create and maintain program dashboards for providing the overall program status
• Ability to collaborate effectively with proven interpersonal skills
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication, change management and strong organization skills
