GOAL:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Software Quality Assurance Testerwith hands on experience
with ETL, data validation, and BI testing. This is for new projects that willbe implementing a new reporting tool
and improving the data warehouse.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and executing formal test plans to ensure thedelivery of quality software applications
? Involved in testplanning, writing test cases/scripts, and test execution
? Ability to definetest requirements, test complex functionality and build detail test scripts
? Ability to performtests under strict deadlines
? Defines and tracksquality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results, andtest status
? Collects andanalyzes data for software process evaluation and improvements, and integratesthem into business processes to address the business needs
? Documents allissues and assists in their resolution
? Delivers qualityprocess training to technical staff and acts as an internal quality consultant toadvise or influence business or technical partners
? Performs qualityaudits for the project to ensure quality standards, procedures, andmethodologies are being followed
? Perform varioustypes of testing including functional, system, regression, and exploratorytesting
? Perform root causeanalysis on critical, production defects
? Review functionaland design specifications to ensure full understanding of individualdeliverables
? Identify testrequirements from specifications, map test case requirements, and design testcoverage plan
? Ability to readcode and support applications, reports, and processes
? Ability toevaluate and report test results
? Hold andfacilitate test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team members
? Identify potentialquality issues per defined processes and escalate to management
? Ensure thatvalidated deliverables meet functional and design specifications andrequirements
? Perform root causeanalysis on critical, production defects
? Coordinate useracceptance testing with business stakeholders for projects, as needed
? Collaborate withother testers as needed on cross-functional projects

Qualifications &Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar orequivalent work experience.
? 5 years ofsystems development testing
? Experience inreport and data warehouse testing a plus
? Experience withApplication Lifestyle Management (ALM) to manage testing and test reporting aplus
? Backend databasetesting in Microsoft SQL environment including validating stored procedures,jobs, and triggers a plus
