JOB DETAIL

Salesforce Certifications (ADM201, PD01) ? Functional certifications Service Cloud / Sales Cloud Consultant is a plus

2. Experience in Lead Management domain is preferred

3. Experience in Agile way of working is a must have ? Working in dynamic environment ? Taking ownership of solution outline ? SAFe Agile Certification for Teams or equal is a must

4. Excellent communication skills in English

5. Overall 5+ years experience in Salesforce hands-on development ? Functional domain knowledge in at least 2 domains: B2B Sales, Service, Marketing

6. Experience at least in one other feature: Community, Einstein, Configuration and APEX coding experience, VF experience, Lightning experience. ? Integration experience: webservices, SOAP/RestAPI (Eloqua, SAP, etc.), Files, data migration / management

7. Experience of Java or equal programming languages, HTML Java Script, CSS and other programming languages is a must.

8. Experience in DevOps is a plus: CI/CD, version control, release management.

1. Predictions

i. Forecasting: Create a prediction for the next 4 quarters for specific customer tiers handled by our distributors. Split up by Region, Distributor and Product Family. Use Time-series forecasting.

ii. Exclusively looking forward at open pipeline, scoring the individual opportunities with expected close dates as most likely (to close as won) or unlikely (to close) and from that deriving your wins per quarter

iii. Exclusively looking backward at historic wins and applying classical time-series (e.g. ARIMA) models to predict the future

2. Predictive Models:a. Create a predictive model using non-SFDC data, such as quote responses. Understand what is needed to have such a model provide real-time forecast for new inputs. b. Use Einstein to predict the likelihood of unchanged approvals and give that score to the Unit ApproverScenarios: ? Create waterfall charts with the possibility to look why changes occurred in the last period ? Automate the manual process of forecasting the most likely opportunities ? Identify win and lost our opportunities with actionable patterns.
