Excellent in Stakeholder Management
Effective communication skill and interpersonal relations skill required
Effective in Scope Freezing
Should be able to manage a team of at least 10 highly skilled technical resources
Ensure Onsite - Offshore coordination
Ensure the high-quality deliverables in terms of Documentation and Technical Solutions
Need to coordinate with different application leads (Middleware, ERP, Pharma applications)
Able to identify risks at early stage and work with PMs for resolution and mitigations
Able to follow the Project Schedules agreed and ensure the deliverables are completed on time
Orchestrate the Deployment of the application developed into Production, following GxP process
