- Provides troubleshooting, configuration, installation, deployment, maintenance, automation to projects.
- Oversee system performance lifecycle and identify key metrics for performance improvements.
- Analyze tests results and work with Developers and Engineers to perform bug fixes.
- Provide assistance to improve system performance, capacity, reliability and scalability.
- Perform root cause analysis of performance issues and suggest corrective actions.
- Generate periodic performance reports for management review.
- Document best practices and procedures for customer
- Good knowledge of Performance Testing frame works and experience in testing high traffic web sites and web services.
- Hands on experience developing and analyzing performance test automation scripts
- Hands on experience analyzing monitoring data from tools such as Dynatrace/AppDynamics
